Your home is more than just a house. It is where you and your family grow together and achieve life's many goals. I am aware of all of these important points. The home search, writing of the offer, the escrow period and inspections and the closing.  There are many opportunities for errors during these steps. There are many minor details that could be overlooked or unknown that could cost you time and money.
